bookshelved-wiki: wiki-node
Welcome to the
bookshelved-wiki, a wiki for people who like books.
We also play a little game with names.
starting points:
wiki-nodes of our neighbors

How is this different from the BusStop? The BusStop page at least has the merit of being named after a book.--ade
This is different because WikiNode has the same name *every* wiki, even wiki in Swedish. But yes, the [WikiNode network] is very similar to the Wiki Bus Tour. -- DavidCary
The obvious solution is for someone to publish a book called WikiNode. :)
- The difference is that TourBusStop is linear and oranization is more centralized. WikiNode is truly an application of the TheWikiWay. I think the page should be called SelfOrganization? after:
- The Origins of Order: Self-Organization and Selection in Evolution, Stuart A. Kauffman, [[ISBN] (alternate, search)]
- -- MarkDilley
- I'd call it Nexus?, after Nexus: Small Worlds and the Groundbreaking Theory of Networks (ISBN 0393324427 (amazon.com, search)). -- EarleMartin
Would a redirect from WikiNode to a properly named page be allowed under the SimpleRules? Or are we all overlooking the obvious solution and should someone volunteer to be known as 'BusStop' from now on? -- (not me -> ) AalbertTorsius
We've already used redirects on other occasions, I'm too lazy to remember which. Nexus would be a fine page name. -- lb
I found redirects for RecentChanges and the HarryPotterBooks. I think I''l make a proper redirect some time to Nexus?, as it seems to fit nicely. -- ATS
It could be Nexus? for the HenryMiller autobiography.
